Refund and Return Policy

You have the flexibility to return products purchased from www.nuttymug.com, subject to valid reasons accepted by our customer service team. Refunds may be processed for eligible products under certain conditions. Order cancellations are also allowed before the order is shipped.

While we strive to offer a user-friendly return and refund process, certain restrictions are in place to fulfill our business, legal, and contractual obligations.

Reasons for Returns:

  • You receive a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product.

  • You receive a product that differs from your original order.

Conditions for Returning Products:

  • Our return policy extends for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Returned products must be in the original condition as received, accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Products should be in their original packaging, and the brand packaging must be intact.

  • Replacement of a product is subject to its availability on the website at that time.

  • To initiate a refund/return claim, please email care@nuttymug.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Include the product name, order ID, images of the received product with the Batch ID visible, and a detailed description of the claim.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt via the email address provided during the order placement.

  • After inspection, we will notify you of the refund status through a phone call or email.

  • For payments made via net banking/credit card/debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of approving your return. The amount will be transferred back to your account/card account within 14 working days, as per the Payment Gateway/Bank timelines.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), provide a bank statement copy/cancelled cheque/passbook copy with bank and customer details. Refund processing will occur within three working days of approving your return.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank.
